Deep depression set in yesterday after watching tooooo much tv... too much news... I actually felt like I did during the Vietnam war.. it was a war no matter the other language used. Sick... extremely anxious... Clay said ENOUGH WITH THE TV AND NEWS...Much better today. Thank you Krsna...

It is Jan. 3, 2026. No sadhana so far. I should have chanted japa anyhow because Clay slept through most of tRump's talking about his military action in Venezuela that removed Maduro and his wife. Funny how he can digress into all sorts of hackneyed topics.
